Revolutionary Thinking Ltd was set up by Steven Donoughue and Derek Stride in 2009.  The idea of the company was to provide a conduit for developing different ideas and opportunities.  Since its inception Revolutionary Thinking has been involved in many diverse projects from programmable electric sockets to intensive fish farming and integrated agricultural systems.

One of the issues that kept occurring was the need for small plots of land on which to develop trials. Eventually a solution to this problem was reached and is now being rolled out across the country.

Derek Stride

Derek Stride lives in Cornwall.  He has a background in horticulture in the UK, France and Scandinavia. In 2000 he set up West Country Nurseries Ltd, a commercial organic nursery producing herb plants.  In 2004 he set up the Magic Seeder Company Ltd producing hand held tools for sowing seeds. The seeders are now manufactured in Cornwall and are sold throughout the world.

Steve Donoughue

Steve Donoughue lives in London and is a freelance management consultant. Steve has 15 years of experience advising companies of all sizes, including a number of FTSE350's. Steve has an MBA from Durham University Business School where he specialised in small business and innovation
